A device used to measure weight is a Digital Weight Machine. It has sensors that could produce readings that are incredibly accurate in place of the conventional scales that are used for weighing. When outfitted with an analogue front-end (AFE) force sensor, a digital weight machine is the most accurate and precise tool for determining the weight of any mass or object. By breaking down a digital weight machine into its two constituent parts—a sensor and processing—we are able to better understand the two fundamental concepts that underpin its operation. The sensor element that monitors weight and transforms it into an electrical representation is called a load cell. The signal is subsequently received by the processing component, which reads it out and displays it on the LCD panel.
